THE TEAM
The Simulation Centre has a core multidisciplinary team of educators, senior clinicians, simulation fellows and operational staff. In addition, we have a large number of gifted clinicians and educators across all disciplines and professions who contribute as expert external faculty in our various programs, streams and courses.
ABOUT US
The Simulation Centre is a division of the Sydney Clinical Skills and Simulation Centre. Located on the Royal North Shore Hospital Campus we provide a wide range of simulation based educational activities for the Northern Sydney Local Health District. We also partner with various specialist medical colleges, government bodies, universities and private entities to deliver, develop and provide instructor training for a variety of educational programs. Established in 1997 the Simulation Centre has more than twenty years experience in healthcare simulation education, giving us the capacity to explore and push boundaries. A patient safety ethos combined with programs spanning the professional life continuum, positions us as a preferred provider for clinicians at the beginning of their career, re-entering their career after a break, or highly experienced and motivated clinicians and managers seeking to challenge and stretch their professional capacity.
